Express Building Reports, is a small family business offering an efficient, professional service to our clients. PHILIP K CONNOR JP operates and runs the company.  PHILIP K CONNOR JP, carries out every building and Pest inspection and so can provide a more personalized and efficient service.

We carry out Pre-purchase building and Pest inspections that fully comply with the relevant Australian standard. We provide combined Pre- Purchase building and pest inspections and reports. These reports are usually 27 pages written in plain easy to understand English.

We  have a proud record of conducting an honest professional service carried out with integrity and candor. We Endeavour to maintain a high standard of professional inspection and report writing that not only complies with current Australian standard but also keeps an informed position on changes to the regulatory, technical and commercial environment in which today's  building professional operates.

We  also specialize in building maintenance reports including heritage properties. For over 28 years. Philip Connor JP has been responsible for inspecting, renovating and maintaining hundreds of properties in and around the Sydney metropolitan area.

We  do not employ the services of sub-contractors, Philip k. Connor JP, undertakes every inspection. As well as being a fully licensed Building Consultant with The Office of Fair Trading, Philip K. Connor JP is New South Wales Pest Management Certified with over 20 years practical experience in the timber pest industry.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

Philip Connor is a native of Manchester, England where he studied for  and obtained his Clerk of Works Building Certificate. He has been a fully licensed builder in New South Wales for over 28 years and a member of the Master Builders Association, New South Wales 28 years.

Philip graduated with a Masters Degree in Heritage Conservation from the Faculty of Architecture University of Sydney 2003
Completed the New South Wales  timber pest course in 1979 (Lecturer Philip Hadlington)

Has been  registered Timber Pest Management Certified since 1982
From 1975 to 1987 his company, Rising Damp Pty. Ltd. was contracted by
The State Government of New South Wales to refurbish many of Sydney's older buildings, namely the Glebe project, Rocks Redevelopment and Plunkett Street,
Woolloomooloo, Forbes Street, terraces.
