undertake pre-purchase building inspections, dilapidation and defect
inspections on houses, homes, units as well as townhouses, villas and
apartments. Building and pest inspections are completed by Philip K.
Connor JP an experienced and fully licensed building and pest
consultant. We do not use sub contractors!
We cover The Sydney Metropolitan and the surrounding areas.
Identification of Asbestos material Reports can also be provided.
New houses, unit and home inspections cover defects in construction.
Properties inspected are given an appraisal and the client is provided
with a detailed written report which fully complies with the relevant
Australian standard.

out Pre-purchase building and Pest inspections that fully comply with
the relevant Australian standard. We provide combined Pre-
Purchase building and pest inspections and reports. These reports are
usually 27 pages written in plain easy to understand English.
We
have a

heritage properties. For over 28 years. Philip Connor JP has been
responsible for inspecting, renovating and maintaining hundreds of
properties in and around the Sydney metropolitan area.
We do not employ the services of sub-contractors, Philip k. Connor JP, undertakes every inspection. As well as being a fully licensed Building Consultant with The Office of Fair Trading, Philip K. Connor JP is New South Wales Pest Management Certified with over 20 years practical experience in the timber pest industry.

We undertake a thorough
building and pest inspection
of all accessible
areas of the property. Our
combined building and pest reports
fully
comply with relevant Australian Standards. Whilst comprehensive, our
reports are easy to read. We also provide full telephone support with
every report!
Our clients are also encouraged to meet the building inspector on site.
This enables the client to talk to the inspector and discuss any matters
that may be of particular concern. Once the inspection is completed, we
can usually email the report within 24 hours.

Pest
Inspection and Report
A pest
inspection involves a thorough inspection of accessible areas or the detection of timber destroying insects, such as
termites (often termed white ants) and borers (Anobium punctatum). A pest report details current and past infestation and
damage not only in the building, but also landscape elements such as,
trees, sleepers, etc. The report also contains information
about the habits of timber pests and how to reduce the risk of future
timber pest infestations.
